I edited my midterm paper and worked on my Thesis presentation.

Writing

I began my paper based on my outline. I checked the guidelines for the paper as well.

Today is an A-Day, to my surprise

I found information to add to my paper about personal accounts of slaves that will give life to my paper. Helpful links provided stories of slaves and their experiences. I outlined my paper, with transitions and points I intend to make and support. I also formulated a thesis for my paper. Checking my email, I looked at college requirements and other documents I need to submit.

It's A Start...

I began my research paper and perused some of the links you posted on Edmodo. I also looked up more information to use in my paper. I began by talking about the triangular trade and how it began the process of Africans becoming African Americans.

THESIS

TODAY, I continued my reading of Malcolm X's autobiography. His story provides insight to the struggle of black men in the 1930s-1960s. Now, I am reading about his adventures in his twenties. He lives in Harlem, but moves around a lot to avoid trouble and find work. Several of my findings in this book provides evidence to support my thesis project.
